"Steve acquired my account when my old Statefarm Rep went on their own and its been a night and day difference. This office is the defination of sell you a policy then forget about you when its done. I specifically asked to have a vehicle removed from my account and the office wouldnt acqknowledge the request until i called. When I asked to switch agents they were rude and short. Id go down the street elsewhere."

Our goal is to provide excellent service to all our customers, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I'd like to remind you that two weekends ago we had one of the worst microbursts in recent history. There is a large amount of work with claims right now and the claims process always comes first. We processed your request from Sunday on Monday morning and all confirmation of those changes are sent via mail which takes 7-10 business days. After you called to inquire about your change Allyson sent you a courtesy email giving you confirmation of that change. I hope you find what you're looking for with your new agent and wish you nothing but the best."
